Shipping policy

Note that we are always doing our best for you to receive your order in the best delay. 

Shipment Processing Time (United States/Canada/International)

Please allow up to 4 business days after ordering for your order to be picked, packed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

A reminder that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays (Canadian Holidays).

Please note that the shipping method timeframes do not take into account order processing. 

UNITED STATES:

Shipment Delivery Providers & Delivery Estimates

All of the providers give the tracking number for you to follow your order.

USPS first class package (3-4 business days), USPS priority mail (2-3 business days).

Shipping time varies depending on location in the United States. 

Note that we are a company based in Toronto, Canada. Please, add up to 2-3 business days to the estimation above for your order to cross the border. Note that borders delay may add two extra days for each order containing hand sanitizer(s).

CANADA:

Shipment Delivery Providers & Delivery Estimates

We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and providers' reliability in each region. All of them are providing the tracking number for you to follow your order.

UPS Ground (Delivery in 1-5 business days), Purolator (Delivery in 1-4 business days), Canpar (Delivery in 1-5 business days), FedEx (Delivery in 1-4 business days), Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Delivery in 2-8 business days).

Canada Post Xpress (Delivery in 2-4 business days) will be at your charge if you decide to use this option.

P.O Boxes are covered only by Canada Post and can extend delivery estimates. 

Shipping time varies depending on location in Canada; Rebels Refinery is based in Toronto, Ontario.

For each order under $50, please be aware that shipping charges displayed at checkout already include a 30% discount covered by Rebels Refinery.

International shipping/Outside North America

Customers are welcome to utilize international shipping services, such as USPS package international, DHL, Fedex... at their own expense, to receive packages outside of our supported shipping regions.

Any missing/lost/stuck international shipping package is not under Rebels Refinery's responsibility. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We won't be able to contact the carrier.

Rebels Refinery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
